ABM Users & User Roles

ABM Users & User Roles

What Are Users & User Roles?

Users are the personnel who can log into Arryved Brewery Management (ABM). They’re assigned User Roles that grant permission to view or edit certain parts of your ABM. Use this guide to learn how to invite Users to your ABM and assign them User Roles.

Prerequisites

  • To Invite Users and assign User Roles, you must be a User with the Admin User Role.
  • The User must accept their invite before you can assign them User Roles.

How It Works

Invite Users

  1. From your Arryved ABM, click on the gear icon on the top right to head to your Settings
  2. Toggle to Users from the top navigation.
  3. Click Invite User.
  4. Enter their Name and Email.

    • They’ll use this email address to log into your ABM.

  5. Click Invite

Assign Roles

Once the User has accepted their invite, you’ll see their name populated on the table with your User list

  1. Click on a User to assign them User Roles.
  2. Check the boxes next to the Roles you want to assign to this User.
  3. Click Save when finished.

Use the chart below to see what each Role grants access to:

Read Only

The Read Only User Role allows the User to view all areas of your ABM.

  • If no other User Roles are checked, then this User can look, but can’t touch anything in your ABM.
  • If Additional User Roles are checked, those will add additional access to those areas on top of the Read Only access to all areas.
