DNS Troubleshooting

What Is DNS?

The Domain Name System is the Internet's way of storing and managing its domain names. Think of it as the phone book of the internet. A Domain Name is a website's unique URL. For example, www.Arryved.com is a domain name that exists in the DNS.

Every time you visit a webpage on the internet, the DNS will look up the Domain Name like a phone book. It then converts it into an IP address for your computer to recognize and receive.

DNS Troubleshooting

There may be an instance where the Domain Name System (DNS) or an Internet Service Provider (ISP) is having an outage that disrupts your ability to use the Arryved platforms. This is a rare event, but can happen at any time. Please try the different troubleshooting steps below to get your Arryved systems up and running during the outage. Please only use this article if you were instructed to do so by an Arryved team member.
