Checking in attendees

  1. Click on the event you want to manage.
  2. You will see a list of attendees.

  3. Under the event name and date, click "Expand Details" to view event details. From here, you can get a quick overview of how many attendees have checked in and other event information.

  4. You can use the search bar to find an attendee or use the Filter tool to narrow the list of attendees.

  5. Most likely, you'll want using your device camera to scan the attendee tickets. To speed up the process, you can turn on Auto check-in. Click the settings gear icon in the top right and check the box next to Auto check-in.

    1. There is another setting to turn on Offline mode. This is good for when your event is in a location without cellphone or wi-fi signal. With this enabled, you can check in attendees without needing internet access. Your device will sync the check-ins once you have internet.

    2. There are a few other settings that might be relevant to your situation like using a Bluetooth barcode scanner or restricting check-ins to the current day only.
  6. There are a few other ways to check in attendees. Clicking on a single attendee opens up a window with their information and check-in tools.
Cancel - marks their attendance as cancelled (did not attend, etc.)
    Check-in
    - checks the attendee into the event
Check-out - checks the attendee out of the event

  7. You can also manually check in multiple attendees.
    - From the attendees list, click Bulk Update.
    - Select one or more attendees
    - Use the buttons at the bottom to update their status
