How To Find Your Device's Name & Version Number

What Is A Device’s Version Number?

Your Arryved POS devices are likely using Arryved Service. We update Arryved Service pretty often. Each new release of Arryved Service has a version number. You may be running an older version of Arryved Service until you update it from the Play Store to the latest version.

If you’re reaching out to our Arryved Support Team, they may need to know the name of your device and what version of Arryved Service your device is using to help you as best they can. This article shows you how to find this information.

Prerequisites

  • You have a device with Arryved Service that is validated in your Merchant Devices list in your Arryved Portal.

How It Works

  1. Open Arryved Service on your device.

  2. From the log-in screen, find the information just above the number pad.

Version Number | Name | Environment

  • The version number is the first bit of information.

  • In the middle is the device’s name assigned to it from the Merchant Devices page in Arryved Portal when first validated.

  • The third part will say “Prod Service” or “Sandbox” letting you know if you’re in your live environment or the Sandbox testing environment.
