On any smart device, you can set some or all of the apps to auto-update. Meaning, when a new version is available, it’ll self-update automatically. That way, you don’t have to make time to manually update apps from the Google Play Store often.
We strongly recommend setting Arryved Service to auto-update on all of your POS devices to ensure you’re always using the latest and greatest Arryved has to offer.
Have your Arryved POS devices handy!
Sometimes, when an app is updated, there are new or updated permissions. You may see a prompt to accept new permissions or need to update permissions through the device’s settings.
For apps to auto-update, you may need to restart your device. We encourage you to power down your POS devices at the end of each night so the auto-updates can do their thing.
The steps in this guide may look different if Google makes any significant changes to the Play Store interface.
