What Is MarginEdge? 

MarginEdge is a cost management system that helps breweries and brewpubs manage their expenses, sales, costs, and profits. Integrating with your Arryved POS gives MarginEdge accurate sales data to help streamline and automate your most tedious management tasks. Use this guide to learn more about this integration and how to get started!

Limitations

  • The Arryved + MarginEdge Integration doesn’t include labor data

  • The Gross Sales total in your Arryved Sales Summary may not match the Gross Sales total in MarginEdge because inclusive tax is subtracted from the MarginEdge total.

  • If you change the name of an Inventory Item in your Arryved Portal, MarginEdge will treat that as a new item.

What Does Arryved Share With MarginEdge?

With the Arryved + MarginEdge Integration, you agree to share your Arryved POS sales and Inventory data with MarginEdge.

  • Your Arryved inventory data shared with MarginEdge includes Inventory Items and their Categories from your Arryved Portal. 

    • MarginEdge uses this data to create your PMIX Items. 

  • Your Arryved sales data shared with MarginEdge includes all sales transactions from all Arryved channels (Arryved Service, OpenTab, & Arryved Online), with the final price of items sold (after comps). 

    • MarginEdge uses this data to calculate COGS and provide profitability reporting. 

Quickbooks Online

If you already have the Arryved+QBO Integration, you can continue to manage your bookkeeping that way using Sales Receipts. However, MarginEdge also integrates with QBO if you prefer bookkeeping using Journal entries

If you don’t use Quickbooks, no sweat! MarginEdge integrates with many other accounting software, too! Talk to your MarginEdge representative to discuss the best solution for you.
