From time to time, the Square sync can get hung up. One way to know is by heading WooCommerce > Settings and click on the Square tab then click the Update link.
If the Sync now button is grayed out and spinning and it just says "Syncing now..." under Latest sync but never changes, the sync is stuck.
To fix this, all you have to do is disconnect and reconnect your Square account.
1. Head to WooCommerce > Settings and click on the Square tab.
2. Click the Disconnect from Square button.
3. After it disconnects, click the button again to reconnect it (make sure you're logged into the correct Square account).
4. Head to the Updates link (same as above) and click the Sync button. That will fetch the current inventory.
