Follow the steps in the following video to transfer a membership to an existing user.
First, have the user you want the membership to transfer to create a new account from the shop Account page. Once they have done that, proceed with the following steps.
In the shop admin area, click on WooCommerce > Memberships.
Find the membership you want to transfer and click on the name to edit it.
While viewing the membership, click the Transfer button.
In the popup window, select "Transfer this membership to an existing user".
Start typing the name or email into the "Search for user" field and select the user once they appear.
Click the Transfer Membership button to save your changes.
