How It Works

The following are some of the features that are useful to you:
  1. Merchant Statement availability, both present and past.
  2. Ability to respond to chargeback inquiries.
    1. Online services provide earlier access to this statement and chargeback details as opposed to waiting for the paper copy in the mail.
  3. Transaction/batch details and history.
  4. Easy access to tax documents.

TransLink Online Registration
  1. If your business has previously opted out of Translink, you will be unable to register and login.
  2. If someone else has previously registered at your business, they will be the only one authorized to access Translink as it is email specific.
  3. If you have registered and have forgotten your password, you may try the 'forgot password' option to retrieve it.
If you are unable to register or have issues with the 'forgot password' option, you will need to call TSYS for assistance at (800) 654-9256.
