What Are Web Solutions Subscriptions?
Subscriptions are Products in your Web Solutions Shop that deliver your guests an offering on a cadence and collect recurring payments. The Arryved Web Solutions Team will help you set up your desired Subscriptions initially, then use this guide to learn how to manage your Subscriptions moving forward.

You have an Arryved Web Solutions Shop set up with Subscriptions.
Managing Subscriptions
Creating New Subscriptions
Like your other Shop Products, Subscriptions are entered as either Simple or Variable Products. Use the guide below to set up a new Subscription.
Editing Your Emails In Metorik Engage
If you have email automations set up in Metorik Engage, such as a welcome email or renewal reminders, you can edit the content easily and as often as you want!
To access those automations:
Log in to your Metorik Dashboard.
Expand the Engage tab.
Click Automations.
Click the ellipses to the right of the email you’d like to edit, and click Edit.
Toggle to the 3rd tab ‘Messaging' (P.S. The other automation settings can’t be edited once the automation is live).
Once you’re done editing the message, click Save.
What To Do When A Renewal Payment Fails
The most common culprit when a renewal order fails is an out-of-date payment method. When your subscriptions are configured, we enable the Automatic Retry setting, so your shop will automatically retry failed payments at least once. This aims to rule out any technical interferences in the renewal process; however, if these retries still fail, read more about how to handle failed payments here:
