New! Item Modifiers Analysis Report

Check out the newest Arryved Report! The Item Modifiers Analysis report can be found in your Arryved Portal under Reporting > Sales. 

• This report records all Modifiers ordered, the Item they were ordered with, and a detailed analysis including action type, number of occurrences, and upcharges. 

• Filter the report by Venue, Item Type, Category, Item Size, Ordering Platform, Modifier Group, and Modifier Action.
  

The Item Sales By Employee Report Can Now Be Summarized

Toggle on the new ‘Show Employee Summary’ checkbox in the Item Sale by Employee report to add an ‘Employee Totals’ section to the bottom of the report, where each employee will have their data summed up in one line. 

Credit Card Processing Fees Are Now Available In QBO

Good News! You can now add CC processing fees to your Daily Sales Receipts in your QuickBooks Integration. 

Here’s how to add CC fees to your QBO Integration: 

1. Log in to your QBO.

2. Navigate to Sales > Products and Services

3. Click New, then select Service

4. Name the new item ‘Credit Card Fees’

5. Assign Daily Sales as the Category

6. Assign Undeposited Funds as the Income Account

7. Save & Close!

Credit Card Fees populate in your QBO Daily Sales Receipt the day your ACH deposit clears (up to 3 days after the transaction day). Once posted, the fee data will be backfilled for that transaction date and deducted from the ‘Credit Card’ total.

The first time you connect Credit Card Fees here, it may take up to 4 days for the sync to begin.

Modifiers Can Have Duplicate Names

If you want to give more than one of your Item Modifiers the same name, we won’t stop you! You can now successfully save an Item Modifier that has a duplicate name, either after cloning or creating from scratch.
