Sell Digital Gift Cards in your Online Store 24/7
Merchants selling digital gift cards online can now sell them outside of their Online Store's normal operating hours. To enable this, turn on the "Always allow Digital Gift Cards" setting in your Online Store Settings. This allows your customers to purchase gift cards 24/7, even when your store is closed for regular orders.
Separating Auto-Gratuity From Tips
According to the One Big Beautiful Bill, tipped employees can receive a tax break, but auto-gratuity is not considered a tip. To help our merchants have accurate reporting for their payroll, we are working towards separating auto-gratuity from tip totals in our tip reporting. In this release, we have made this update for the following reports:

Sales Activity
Sales by Day
Discrepant Tabs
All Location Sales (SuperUser report)
Venue Stats
We've added "includes autogratuity" language to these reports accordingly.
Age Gates and Digital Gift Cards Fix
Customers can now purchase digital gift cards even when the age gate is enabled in the Online Store. Customers buying digital gift cards do not need to be 21 years of age, and so the Online Store will never ask them for their birthday even if the "age gate" feature is enabled. Previously, customers couldn't purchase digital gift cards due to an unexpected interaction between the two features.
