Arryved Print Controller Overview
What Is Arryved Print Controller?
Arryved Print Controller is an app used to route orders from external online sources to your Arryved printers. Print Controller is required if orders are printing from Arryved Online or OpenTab because those orders either come from a guest’s personal computer or smartphone and not from an Arryved product directly. Print Controller acts as the middleman. This article shows you the new bells and whistles of the latest Arryved Print Controller version.

What’s New?
New Hardware
If you’re using Arryved Online and OpenTab, you’re required to have an Arryved Print Controller to route the online orders. We now have a new, top-notch device to support it. If you already have a Print Controller, we strongly recommend an upgrade to our new, 15” all-in-one device.

Stronger Error Reporting
The new Print Controller software has stronger error reporting so Arryved’s award-winning Support Team can troubleshoot faster when you reach out with a Print Controller issue.
New Print Controller Settings
Upper Time-bound
Choose the max time that print jobs remain in local storage.
Upper time bound for storage and display has a 4 hours max.
Polling Cycle Time
Choose how often Print Controller pulls in the print jobs from the Arryved cloud.
The display refreshes every 10th polling cycle, removing print jobs from the last 10 cycles.
The polling Cycle Interval can be set as low as every 15 seconds. 15 seconds is the default.
Reset Button
Tap to manually clear storage.
This clears local storage without the need to revalidate the device.
The Reset button is disabled while a reset is taking place.
Disable/Enable Button
Disable/Enable print jobs from coming in.
The button reads “Disable” by default.
Disable pauses print jobs from coming through and the button changes to read “Enable.”
Enable allows print jobs to come through again. Any print jobs that were paused, will come through once enabled again.
