Limitations
The Arryved Print Controller can’t be used for any other purpose and staff can’t use it to place orders. It’ll be stationed close to your router and be left open/unlocked, plugged in, and uninterrupted.
There is a record of failed print jobs on the Arryved Print Controller app, but it is tricky to tell which specific tabs failed, as there is little identifying information. It is recommended to enable the ORDER Screen for your Arryved Online and OpenTab Venues, so you can always have a digital list of orders even if a print fails.
