A Guest Count is the number of guests ordering off a single tab. Entering a Guest Count helps you estimate how many guests have entered your establishment in your Arryved reporting. The dashboard in your Arryved Portal quickly shows you the full Guest Count and is accurate if you’re using Gust Count properly. This article shows you how to apply a guest count to a tab in Arryved Service.
If you are using Seat Numbers, the Arryved system will use that to count the total number of guests as well. The system will use the higher number in reporting if you’re using both Seat Number and a Guest Count on the same tab.
