Location Closeout Overview

What Is The Location Closeout Report?

The Location CO report can be accessed in Arryved Service and shows a breakdown of sales totals for your entire location up to the time the report was printed. All Venues will be combined in this report. You can use this report to help with your nightly drawer count to close out the day of sales. This type of closeout is useful for businesses managing one cash bank, even if that one bank includes multiple cash drawers.

Prerequisites

  • The REPORT Labor Role permission is required to view the Location CO report in Arryved Service.

  • Your starting til balance should be counted and confirmed at the beginning of the shift or day to make the closeout easy and consistent for the closer.

  • Best practice is to close all necessary tabs in Arryved Service across all Venues and employees before printing this report. Any tabs left open won’t be included in the report.

  • If using paper receipts to collect credit card tips from guests, tips need to be entered via the Individual CO or Tips buttons before printing the report. Any Cash tips you want included in this report must be entered this way as well.

Limitations

  • Location Closeout is for businesses using one cash bank for the entire location.

  • The starting till balance is not part of the Location CO report. You can report that using Cash Actions or manually calculate into your nightly closeout.

How It Works

Once tabs are closed, tips are entered, and you’re ready to close out your cash bank,

  1. Log into Arryved Service.

  2. Tap STAFF from the top navigation bar.

  3. Tap Location CO in the Closeout section.

  4. The report will automatically print.

  5. Count your cash drawer.

  6. Use the Location CO Report to manage your cash sales drop.

Notes

  • The remaining balance should be your intended starting drawer amount and potentially any cash tips that may have made their way into the drawer.

  • You don’t need to take further action to batch sales in Arryved Service. The system will do so automatically the following morning.

  • If you’d like to view this report digitally rather than printing it out, you can view the same report under the First button.

    • Head to the STAFF tab, tap Reports, then tap First.

    • The First report only mirrors the Location CO report if you do not have custom shift times set up with Arryved. (If you don’t know what I am talking about, you are probably good to go!)
