Monthly TSYS Fee Withdrawals
Provided below are a few notes on what to expect with your credit cared processing fee deductions.
  1. TSYS, the payment processor, will always attempt to take these monthly fees out on the 10th of every month.
    1. If the 10th falls on a weekend, the next week day is when they will attempt to withdraw the fees.
    2. On your bank statement, the withdrawal will appear as ACH DEBIT TSYS/TRANSFIRST DISCOUNT MID # DBA NAME DISCOUNT or ACH DEBIT TSYS/TRANSFIRST MERCH FEES MID # DBA NAME DISCOUNT
      1. Your MID # and DBA Name will be on the bank statement line.
      2. Depending on your bank or app that you use, this line may vary depending on how it is interpreted.
  2. The amount deducted will match the Total Amount Due that appears on your monthly TSYS statement.
