Rosie Reports Overview

What Are Rosie Reports?

Rosie is Arryved’s trusted office robot! Rosie sends a morning email of your locations’ Sales Summary from the preceding day as well as other helpful reports. Rosie can also send you any report of your choosing at any cadance. Another email from Rosie can be sent out when tabs have been left open after batch time, suggesting ways to rectify those tabs through the Tab Management Tool.

Prerequisites

  • Upon onboarding with Arryved, you have likely set up the default Rosie Reports with your Implementation Manager. If you would like to make an adjustment to how the report is sent or have a different report sent to you, contact Arryved Support or your Implementation Manager.

Limitations

  • If a custom Rosie Report is not valid on a particular date, no email will be sent. For example, if no sales were made on a particular day and the Sales Summary has no data for that day, the email will not be sent.

  • The Sales Summary report can only be sent in PDF form.

How It Works

There are a few standard Rosie Reports that are offered to you when you first onboard with Arryved. Your Implementation Manager will help you set those up during the process. You can also have a different report emailed to by setting up a custom Rosie Report. All you have to do is ask! If your business has multiple locations, Rosie Reports can be sent to all or select locations. The Rosie Report emails will be sent out in the morning based on the batch time set by the location.

Standard Rosie Reports

Sales Summary

The Sales Summary will be emailed to you daily after batch time for the previous business day as well as monthly on the first of the month. Read the Sales Summary Overview for full details of the report. Sales Summary can also be viewed at any time in Arryved Portal -> Analytics -> Sales Summary. The email address this Rosie Report is sent to is discussed between the business’s primary contact and their Implementation Manager when onboarding with Arryved.

Adjustments

You can have the following adjustments made to the Sales Summary Rosie Report through Arryved Support or your Implementation Manager.

  • Choose different or additional cadences (daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Choose different or additional email addresses to be sent to.

  • Choose different or additional report forms (PDF, XLS, CSV).

Gift Card Liability

A Summary of Gift Cards sales will be sent to you on the first of each month, after batch time, for the previous month.

Open Tabs

Rosie will also send out a separate email with details of any tabs left open after batch time. The email will contain guidance to rectify those tabs. The email address that this Rosie Report is sent to is discussed between the business’s primary contact and their Implementation Manager when onboarding with Arryved. Contact Arryved Support or your Implementation Manager to add or change an email recipient.

Custom Rosie Reports

Aside from the Sales Summary, Gift Card Liability report, and the open tab details, you can have any Arryved Portal report emailed to you by Rosie for convenience. Follow the steps to choose a custom Rosie Report and provide this information to your Implementation Manager or a member of Arryved Support.

Step 1: Choose A Report

Choose any report that is active in your Arryved Portal. If that report has filters, you can choose to use specific filters as well.

Step 2: Choose A Cadence

Choose one or a number of the following cadences:

DAILY: Sent every day, after batch time, with data from the preceding day.

WEEKLY: Sent once a week, after batch time, based on the pay week start day set by the location.

MONTHLY: Sent on the 1st of each month, after batch time, with data from the entire preceding calendar month.

MON: Sent every Monday, after batch time, for the preceding Monday thru Sunday.

TUE: Sent every Tuesday, after batch time, for the preceding Tuesday thru Monday...

...and so on for each individual day of the week.

Step 3: Choose A Form

Custom Rosie Reports can be emailed to you in PDF, XLS (Excel), or CSV (plain text spreadsheet) form.

Step 4: Choose Email Recipients

Provide one or a number of email addresses for each report, for each location and Rosie will send the reports to those emails. There is no limit.
