You have an Arryved Web Solutions Shop.
You have a ShipStation account.
Make sure your shipping carrier is connected to your ShipStation account. Ask a representative from the carrier how to do so.

Follow the steps below to connect your Arryved Web Solutions Shop with your ShipStation account so you can start fulfilling and shipping online orders.
Log in to your Arryved Web Solutions account.
From the left side navigation, click WooCommerce.
Click Settings.
From the options along the top, click Integration.
Below that, click the ‘ShipStation’ link (you may need to scroll down past any notifications at the top of the page to see the link).
Copy the Authentication Key.
Now, log in to your ShipStation Account.
Click Settings (the gear icon) in the upper right corner.
From the left side navigation, click Selling Channels.
Click Store Setup.
Click the Connect a Store button.
Select Woo.
Paste the Authentication Key that you copied into the first field.
Enter the Consumer Key.
Enter the Consumer Secret.
Consumer Key and Consumer Secret are generated after you enter the Authentication Key.
Paste your Arryved Web Solutions Shop URL into the Store URL field.
Click Test Connection first, then if all goes well, click Connect.
Just after you make the connection to your Shop, you’ll land on the new Store Settings page in your ShipStation account. There, you can customize the integration with your own branding, set up notifications, and more. Use the Edit Store Settings from the ShipStation Help Center.
