Insider is a loyalty program made by the best POS in the biz. Arryved Insider allows you to engage with your favorite food, beverage, and hospitality businesses. As an Insider Member, you can earn Loyalty Points, redeem Rewards, receive Offers, or enjoy any other Perks the business is giving away.
For Insider Members, this guide tells you how to unsubscribe from Insider emails or opt out of an Insider program altogether.
You’re an Insider Member for a food, beverage, or hospitality business.
To unsubscribe, you must have an Arryved Insider email in your inbox.
To opt out using this guide, the business must allow access to the Insider Portal. (Some Insider Programs are not using the Insider Portal).
If you can’t get into the Insider Portal but want to opt out of an Insider Program, contact The Insider Support Team using this Insider Support Form.
You must unsubscribe from the two types of emails separately.
If you opt out of an Insider Program, the business keeps a record of your personal information that was tied to your account. You can submit a Forget Me request to remove your info.
Forget Me takes up to 2 business days to complete. This does not delete your transaction data that is legally required for the payment processor to collect.
Unsubscribing or opting out can’t be undone.
Insider Offers are promotions, discounts, or freebies that the business is offering you via email. If you unsubscribe from Offer emails, you won’t be able to enjoy the perks of Insider Offers.
You may be receiving emails for Insider Offers (promotions, discounts, freebies) or when you accumulate Loyalty Points. From either of those emails, you can click the Unsubscribe button at the bottom.
You must unsubscribe from Offer emails and Loyalty Point emails separately.
If you unsubscribe from Offer emails, you won’t be able to use Offers at all.
If you unsubscribe from the Loyalty Points emails, you’ll still accumulate Points, you just won’t be notified.
From your Insider Portal, log in and click Opt Out on the left side. If you’re an Insider Member for multiple businesses, you can opt-out individually.
Once you opt out, you’re no longer a Member and won’t be involved in any part of the Insider Program for that business.
The business does keep a historical record of your information, but they can no longer use it for Insider.
Your Loyalty Points and any saved Offers will be deleted.
This takes place instantly.
This can’t be undone to restore your membership as it was, but you can sign up to be an Insider again for this business from scratch.
If you want to opt out and you want the business to delete your personal information, you can submit a Forget Me request with Arryved Insider Support.
From your Insider Portal, click Support on the bottom left.
Click Contact our Support team at the bottom of the FAQs.
Fill out the form and select Forget Me as the Classification.
Arryved Insider will contact you and take care of it within 2 business days.
This will delete your name, email and phone number from the system.
This doesn’t delete your transaction data that is legally required for the payment processor to collect.
