Venues are the different revenue centers in your establishment. You can create Venues in your Arryved Portal that are unique to your business. Common examples include Bar, Restaurant, Patio, Barrel Room, Gift Shop, etc. Venues can be named anything. When staff are working in Arryved Service, they will have a Venue selected and the table numbers for that Venue will be available to choose from. This guide will show you how to add table numbers to your Venues.
To access Venue Configuration where tables are added, you must be a Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Portal Permissions:

This article shows you how to add table numbers via the Venue Configuration. If you’d like to use the Floor Plan method to visually represent your tables, use the How To Create A Floor Plan guide.
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Venues.
Click on one of your Venues from the list.
On the right side, click Edit Configuration.
Think about all the tables or “spots” in this Venue. You’ll choose your own table numbers or names.
Scroll to the bottom of the configuration page and click the + Add Table button.
Follow the guidelines below to fill out the table information.
Choose a short ID to represent this table number. This will be visible in Arryved Sevrice on a tab’s order screen and on printed tickets.
Giving the table a Public Table Name tells our system you want to offer OpenTab at this table and generate a QR code for the table. If this is the case, this Venue also needs a Public Venue Name. Leave this field black if you’re not using OpenTab for this table.
This is the full name of the table.
The Table Type doesn’t do much, but you can choose an option for your own record.
Don’t forget to click Save on the Edit Configuration page when you are finished adding tables!
