Updates to our existing products and features
If you’re live with Arryved’s Dual Pricing program, please be aware that Dual Pricing is explicitly disabled during Offline Mode. Only Standard Prices will apply in this instance. This only applies to the specific devices that are in Offline Mode, other devices that are online will still have Dual Pricing. This solution avoids discrepancies in Cash Prices during Offline Mode.
In the last release, we improved our Location Preferences page by updating the layout, text, and organization to make the page easier to navigate.
In Part 2 of this effort, we've exposed 36 Location Preferences to Super Admins so they can now be adjusted in your Arryved Portal. In the past, you'd need to contact Arryved Support to make a change.
Below is the list of Preferences now available to Super Admins. In your Arryved Portal, click on the information icon next to any Preference to expand its Tooltip and learn more about it. Don’t hesitate to reach out to our award-winning Support Team for any questions.

OpenTab, Arryved’s mobile ordering and menu-viewing solution, has been given a makeover! The screens of OpenTab have been refreshed to improve usability, readability, and accessibility. These changes are live today; no need to take any action yourself!
If you’re using OpenTab, we encourage you to grab your phone, find a QR code, and flow through the screens to see the new changes in action! Check out some of the major updates below:
Page Titles were added to each OpenTab screen to improve accessibility.
Text that lives on the screens was re-worded for better clarity and to improve accessibility. Font sizes increased for readability.
The layout of elements was improved to make better use of screen space.
Buttons, fonts, and colors have been given a more modern design.
Buttons and attention-grabbing elements can now use the Custom Accent Color defined in your OpenTab Settings.
Options that live in dropdown selection boxes are now listed out as radio selection buttons, so guests can easily see all the available choices.
Floating buttons are now pinned to the bottom of the screen so they no longer get in the way of other elements on the screen.
The ‘Pay tab” button has been redesigned to be more visible. It’s now also hidden from all screens whenever there are no orders placed (hence there is nothing to pay for yet).
The floating “Open A Tab” button was removed from the menu-viewing screen since opening a tab happens when the guest places their first order.
Certain notifications were tweaked so that they appear and then disappear automatically, no longer requiring users to close them manually.
After a tab is paid, the “Open A New Tab” action was removed and replaced with the “Email my receipt” action.
The Insider Portal that your Insider Members can access has a Support Form they can use to reach out to Arryved directly with any questions or concerns about their Insider account. A fix was implemented to this form so Members can now successfully submit it.
