Updates to our existing products and features

Arryved Pay Processing Supports OpenTab

For merchants processing with Arryved Pay, OpenTab is now fully integrated. This means that transactions in OpenTab will be processed through Arryved Pay and reported in your MerchantTrack. 

• Please beware that any of your Arryved POS devices still processing with TSYS/NMI (using eDynamo card readers) will not be able to close tabs started in OpenTab. 

• And in reverse, tabs started in Arryved Service under TSYS/NMI processing cannot be claimed in OpenTab with Arryved Pay. 

Changes To The OpenTab ‘Find my tab’ button 

The ‘Find my tab’ button located on the OpenTab welcome screen is used for Tab Claiming. This button has been remanded to ‘Find my open tab’ and moved lower on the screen. This makes the button more discrete and also more descriptive to help avoid users clicking on it when they didn’t mean to. 

Ghost Tabs In OpenTab

In some cases, when a Tab Claiming attempt in OpenTab fails, the system creates a new tab with $0.00. We call this a ‘ghost tab’. We’ve implemented a fix to prevent ghost tabs from forming on a failed Tab Claiming attempt. 

‘Done’ button in the Arryved Online Store 

When shoppers land on the final receipt screen in your Arryved Online Store, the floating ‘Done’ button was blocking some of the important information and links in the footer of the screen. To fix this, the button now lives static at the bottom of the page instead of floating. 

Unit Size Character Requirements

Unit Sizes in Arryved Portal now support lowercase letters and spaces. This is true for the Name, Button Display, Web Display, Ticket Display, and Record Display fields. 

Keg Deposit Page Not Loading

In some cases, the Keg Deposit page in your Arryved Portal would not load the list of deposits. This has been fixed. 

Yellow Dog Integration Sync

For merchants using our Yellow Dog integration, the sales and inventory sync has been fixed.
