Updates to Arryved Service, your front-end POS available in the Google Play Store

Digital Gift Cards are here!

Digital Gift Cards are here! See how they’re supported in Arryved Service. 

• When purchasing a new Gift Card through Arryved Service, you now have the option to assign it a PIN. Enter the PIN on the back of the physical card, or make one up if there isn’t one. 

• A PIN is required to use a Gift Card for purchases online, but if you don’t plan on using Gift Cards online, it doesn’t need a PIN. 

• After a Gift Card is used for payment in Arryved Service, the guest-facing printed receipt now shows the guest’s remaining Gift Card balance. 

• If you haven’t already, set up Digital Gift Cards through Arryved Online. 
  

New! Item Actions

If you have Enhanced Modifiers enabled (“Enable Modifiers V2” Location Preference), then you get to enjoy the new Item Actions. Here’s how it works:

→ Start a new order and add one or more Items to it.

→ Press and hold an Item for 1-2 seconds.

→ See the Hold, Refund, and Duplicate actions pop-up. 

Android 15 Screen Improvements

The Android 15 Operating System has a new ‘edge-to-edge screen display’ design. We needed to make some display changes in Arryved Service to fit in Android’s new requirements. Here’s what we’ve done:

• Padding, scrolling, and layout adjustments

• Fixed obscured buttons

Subtotal on the Digital Signature Screen

When comps were applied to a tab, the subtotal and check amount on the Digital Signature screen were calculated incorrectly; the subtotal subtracted comps twice. 

• Note: This only affected the display of the subtotal; it did not actually charge the guest incorrectly. 

Subtotal and check amounts now calculate correctly when comps are applied. Printed and emailed receipts were already accurate; now, the in-app display matches them for consistency and clarity. 

Arryved Service Crashing 

We fixed a few things that were causing Arryved Service to crash. These actions are now safely supported: 

• Opening a Tab with a missing or null Tab Name.

• Increasing the quantity from the new Enhanced Modifiers screen.
