Updates to Arryved Service, your front-of-house POS
We’ve improved the time it takes to load the Receipt Options screen, just after a payment is made. No more lagging!
For businesses using RSF (Retail Service Fee), you’ll no longer see the word ‘surcharge’ on guest receipts. Instead, it will say ‘Service Charge’ by default unless a custom label was created in your Location Preferences.
When using Offline Mode with Arryved Pay, you have 72 hours to sync your offline actions from the time they took place. This information has been added to the Offline Mode disclaimer in Arryved Service when you enable it under STAFF > Settings.
