How To Clock In / Log In To Arryved Service

What Is Arryved Service?

Arryved Service is your main Arryved POS channel where staff place orders and manage tabs from handheld devices, tablets, or other POS devices. For Staff to get into Arryved Service, they’ll need to log in. Employees use the same code, unique to them,  to log in to Arryved Service and to clock in and out.

Prerequisites

How It Works

If your Labor Role is clock-in required, you’ll need to clock in first, then log in with the same code. If you aren’t required to clock in, you can go straight to logging in.

How To Clock In

  1. Open Arryved Service on your device.

  2. From the log-in screen, enter your clock-in code using the number pad.

  3. Tap Clock In.

  4. If you work under various Labor Roles, you’ll choose one from the list that appears. If you only have one Labor Role assigned to you, the clock-in will happen automatically.

    • If your clock-in was successful, “clocking in as {Labor Role name}” appears at the bottom of the screen. It will disappear after a few seconds.

How To Log In

Now that you are clocked in you can log in! Or perhaps you don’t require a clock-in so you’re just logging in.

  1. Open Arryved Service on your device if you haven’t already.

  2. From the log-in screen, enter your clock-in code using the number pad.

  3. Tap Log In.

Voila! You’re in!

How To Log out / Clock Out

  1. To log out, tap the Labor Role name shown on the top right of the screen in Arryved Service.

  2. From there, to clock out, enter your clock-in code and tap Clock Out.

ProTip! In Arryved Service, the top right corner displays the name of the Labor Role that's clocked in, by default. Having the employee's name there also is helpful for identifying who's been using the POS device.
  1. You can include the employee name by adding it to the "Description" field next to the employee's Labor Roles in the View Employees page in your Arryved Portal.
