What Is The Customer Contact List?

The Customer Contact List is a new report created to enhance your customer engagement. During checkout, your customers can opt-in to share their information to receive marketing updates from your business. Use this report to strengthen your relationships with your customers and drive loyalty through personalized marketing campaigns, sending special offers, and keeping your customers up to date on happenings and events! Use this guide to learn how your customers can opt-in and how to access the report. 

Prerequisites

  • To access the Customer Contact List, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with the REPORTING permission. 

  • This Customer Contact List will start collecting contacts when your POS devices are updated to Arryved Service version 1.33 or higher

Limitations

  1. Guests can only opt into the Customer Contact List via Arryved Service. This report does not record contacts from OpenTab or Arryved Online. 
  2. This report has begun to collect customer contacts who've opted in on or after 6/12/2024.
  3. This report cannot be sent via Rosie Reports. 

How It Works

Opting-In

In Arryved Service, when a guest emails themselves their receipt after making a payment, they can opt-in to your Customer Contact List to receive marketing updates from your business. 

Here’s how to opt in:

  1. Complete a payment in Arryved Service. 

  2. Tap ‘Email Receipt’.

  3. Enter their email address.

  4. Check the box labeled ‘I’d like to receive the latest news and offers from [your location name].’

  5. Click Email Receipt



Accessing The Customer Contact List

  1. Log into your Arryved Portal as a Super Admin.
  2. From the left-side navigation, click Reporting.
  3. Click Operations.
  4. Click to open the Customer Contact List report
  5. Read the disclaimer that pops up and click ‘I Acknowledge’ to continue. 
  6. Select a date range from the calendars.
    1. The report will include customer contacts who have opted-in within that date range. If you select the same date on both calendars, the report will include all contacts who opted in on and before that date. 
  7. Click Preview or one of the download options. 

Reading The Customer Contact List

Email 

This column records the email address that was entered into Arryved Service. 

  • If this guest has opted in more than once, their email address will only be shown once in this report (no repeats). 

Associated Tab Name

If a guest opts in, this column records whatever was entered into the ‘Tab Name’ field on their tab in Arryved Service. 

  • This could be the name grabbed from the card on file, a manually entered name, or the Table Number that was selected. 

First Name | Last Name | Zip Code

This report will recognize the customer’s First Name, Last Name, and Zip Code if they are a member of your Arryved Insider program and their Insider membership was identified on their tab when then they opted into the report. 

First Seen 

The date in this column refers to the first time the guest opted into this report using the email address recorded. 

Last Seen

The date in this column refers to the most recent time the guest opted into this report with the same email address.

  • If the dates in the First Seen and Last Seen columns are the same, that indicates that this guest has only opted in with this email address once. 

Count

The number shown in this column indicates the number of times the guest has opted into this report using the same email address.
