How To Change Employee Email Addresses

What Are Admin Email Addresses? 

Arryved Portal Admins are employees who have access to your Arryved Portal. They log into the Portal using their email address. If an Admin needs to use a different email address, you can update it on their employee profile. Use this guide to learn how. 

Prerequisites

  • To change an Arryved Portal Admin’s email address, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin

Limitations

  • An email address can’t be used for more than one employee in the same location in your Arryved Portal. However, if you have multiple locations, you can use the same email address across different locations. 

  • You must save changes to an email address before making other changes to the Admin’s profile.

  • If you need to change a Super Admin’s email address, please contact Arryved Support. 

How It Works

  1. Head to your Arryved Portal.

  2. From the left side navigation, click Employees.

  3. Click View Employees.

  4. From the list of Employees, click on the Employee’s Name who needs an email address change.

  5. Make the updates needed in the Employee Email and Confirm Employee Email fields. Both fields must match exactly.

  6. Click Save.
