The Custom Header allows you to add your logo and a banner-style background image to lay across the top of the pages of OpenTab and your Arryved Online Store. The images are added and customized in your Online Store Settings, use this guide to learn how.
If you’re setting up your Arryved Online Store now, begin with the Arryved Online Setup Guide and follow the steps in order. This is part of step 6 of the Setup Guide.
Your header images must be saved to your computer and sized according to the size requirements.
To access the Online Store Settings, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:
ONLINE ORDER SETTINGS
ALL ACCESS
FULL ADMIN
Images may appear distorted if they’re not sized correctly according to the size requirements.
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.
Click Online Store Settings.
Scroll down and click to expand the Custom Header Settings.
Use the guidelines below to customize the 4 settings available for your header.
Here you’ll upload your background header. This is a banner-style image that must be 1200 x 150 pixels in size.
Next to the Background Header Image setting, click Upload Image.
You’ll be taken to the Location Assets page of your Arryved Portal. From there click to expand the Arryved Online & OpenTab section.
Under Custom Header: background, click Change.
Search for your background image from your computer to add.
Click the Save button that then appears under the image.
P.S. The images you upload here are also what’s used for your OpenTab header. In the OpenTab Settings page in your Arryved Portal, you can customize these images separately.
Pro Tip! While you’re on the Location Assets page in your Arryved Portal, you can go ahead and upload your Custom Header: Logo, too.
Now that your background (and hopefully your logo) has been uploaded, go ahead and head back to your Online Store Settings by clicking on it from your Portal’s left side navigation options.
Next to Header Image Overlay, choose None, Light, or Dark from the dropdown options to adjust the brightness of the background header image.
Here’s an example of what the different options could look like,
The logo must be 120-290 px wide and 120 px high. If you haven’t already uploaded your logo on the Location Assets page you can do it here from your Online Store Settings,
Click Upload Image next to the Logo setting on this page.
When redirected to the Location Assets page, click to expand the Arryved Online & OpenTab section.
Under ‘Custom Header: Logo’ click Change.
Search for the logo saved to your computer to add it.
Click the Save button that appears.
If you’re on the Location Assets page, head back to the Online Store Settings from the left side navigation, one last time!
From the Custom Header Settings, next to ‘Logo Alignment’, choose Left, Right, or Center from the dropdown options.

Once the 4 settings have been adjusted on the Online Store Settings page, scroll to the top or bottom of the page to click Save!
