With Arryved Online, your guests can access your mouth-watering goods at the tip of their fingers whether they are at home, on-premise, or somewhere else! Set up shop in your Arryved Portal and have your very own web link to access your Arryved Online Store. Your store can offer Pickup, Curbside, Delivery, and even Shipping! Use this guide to set up your Arryved Online Store.
Read the Arryved Online Overview to familiarize yourself with the product before getting it set up.
The 'Arryved Online Store' Location Preference must be enabled by an Arryved Portal Super Admin.
To set up your Arryved Online Store, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:
ONLINE ORDER SETTINGS
ALL ACCESS
FULL ADMIN
If your POS devices are offline or in Offline Mode, they won’t receive online orders, but nothing stops guests from placing orders through your Online Store from their end. It’s advised to turn online ordering off from your Arryved Portal when this is the case.
If using the Ship It Order Modality, the establishment is responsible for all shipping logistics.
There are 5 Arryved Online Order Modalities you can offer in your Arryved Online Store. You can’t create additional custom Order Modalities.
At checkout, international phone numbers are not accepted at this time.
Discount Codes will always apply to the guest’s entire shopping cart order, certain items can’t be excluded.
The Shipping Fee and Delivery Fee is a fixed price each (of your choice), that applies to any shipping or delivery order with no minimum requirements.

If you need any Arryved Online orders to print tickets, you’ll need an Arryved Print Controller. The Print Controller is a separate piece of hardware that routes orders from outside sources (i.e. guest smartphones or home computers) to your Arryved Printers. Because your printers and your customer’s computer are on different networks, a Print Controller is needed to make the connection.

Once your Print Controller arrives, use the Arryved Print Controller Setup Guide.
You can continue to the next steps in this guide while you wait for your Print Controller. purchase to arrive.
Alternatively, you can use the ORDER screen or the Order Fulfillment screen to manage online orders without printing tickets. If you aren’t printing tickets, a Print Controller is not needed. Remember, a failsafe printer set up for Arryved Online orders will need a Print Controller, too.
You must create at least one new Venue in your Arryved Portal for online ordering, but you can create up to 5 online Venues for each of the 5 Order Modalities: Pickup, Curbside, Delivery, Ship It, and In Person.
You’d typically only need separate Venues for each Order Modality if you’re offering different menu items for each. For example, you may want a limited menu for Delivery, but more options available for Pickup.
A common setup is to have one Venue for the ‘To-go Modalities’ (Delivery/Pickup/Curbside), a second Venue for In Person ordering, and a third for Ship It.

Next, you’ll need to create the Inventory Items you want to sell online. You can add your existing Inventory Items to your online menus, too, but there are a few tweaks you should make to prepare them for your Arryved Online Store.

Read How To Prep Inventory For Arryved Online. Follow these steps for each item you are adding to your Arryved Online menus.

When you’re finished prepping your Inventory for Arryved Online, return to this guide and continue to Step 4.
Next, in your online Venue(s) you’ll build menus using your Inventory Items. When guests are browsing your menus online, they can toggle between the different menus to see what’s in them (see example below). You’ll want to create your menus as different groupings in a way that’s intuitive for guests to navigate through.

In your Online Store Settings, you’ll choose which Order Modalities you want to offer, and assign those to your online Venues(s).
When an Order Modality is assigned to a Venue, the menus in that Venue are what’s available through that Order Modality.
Each Modality has its own additional customizable settings, too!

Note: The Ship It Modality is not available to you by default (but don’t worry, the other ones are!). If you’re interested in using Ship It, please contact Arryved Support to activate it for you.

In this step, you can customize your general Arryved Online Store Settings to meet your needs. The settings allow you to set a schedule for your Online Store, create custom messaging, and more!

Set up a Delivery Fee or Shipping Fee in your Arryved Portal Inventory. The fees are added to all orders that come either through the Delivery or Ship It Order Modalities.
Want to sell gift cards through your Online Store? You can sell incremental gift card amounts to choose from and then fulfill the gift card orders in Arryved Service.
Create unique Discount Codes that your guests can use when shopping in your Arryved Online Store to receive a discount on their order. Using Discount Codes requires the activation of Arryved Insider, our customizable loyalty program, contact Arryved Support to activate it.
With an Online Required Add-on, when a certain item is ordered online, another item is required to be purchased with it.
For example, if a growler fill is ordered online, they’ll probably need to purchase the vessel too, since they aren’t there to hand the bartender the one they have at home.
You’ll need a way to manage and fulfill the orders that come from your Arryved Online Store. In Arryved Service there are a few ways to do this:

We strongly encourage you to use the Order Fulfillment screen to manage online orders as it has the most benefits. But please read How To Manage Online Orders In Arryved Service for full details on each of the three methods to help make the best decision for your needs.
When you feel good about your Arryved Online Store, Make the URL available to your guests and promote it!
Find Your Arryved Online Store Link:
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Location Settings.
Click Online Store Settings.
At the top of the page, find the link to your store. You can copy the link or open the store in a new tab.
Embed the link on your website, social media, and behind QR codes for your guests to access!
Use the Arryved Online Marketing Assets to print flyers and posters that send guests straight to your Arryved Online Store!
Or, design your own printouts to promote it, don’t forget to include QR codes!
