What Is Expired Hardware?
Up-to-date hardware is essential to your continued business success and ensures you have access to the latest and greatest from Arryved. If you’ve been directed to this article, you have older devices in use that are no longer compatible with Arryved’s support capabilities. Use this guide to learn how to replace your expired hardware with newer devices and Android OS versions.
Prerequisites
Follow this guide if you’ve received an email or postcard in the mail notifying you that one or more of your Arryved devices is expiring or expired.
Limitations
After September 1, 2023, your expired hardware should continue to function but will no longer receive updates to the Arryved Service app.
