Arryved Hardware Warranties

Arryved Hardware Warranties

What Is Arryved Hardware?

Arryved hardware refers to the physical devices and equipment you need to run your POS system. This includes tablets, handheld devices, terminals, printers, card readers, and all the little things in between. Arryved doesn’t manufacture these products, we partner with Samsung, Magtak, Epson, and other hardware creators. This guide tells you what warranties are included with each type of hardware.

Limitations

  • Warranties are non-negotiable since they are set by the hardware manufacturer.

  • We encourage you to purchase your POS hardware through the Arryved catalog so we can assist you with any warranty issues. If you purchased your own devices, we can offer a loaner device for an additional per-week cost, while you sort out your issue with the manufacturer.
