Chances are, you’re creating a lot of Inventory Items in your Arryved Portal, and you’ll want a way to organize and search for them quickly.
Filters are used to search for Inventory Items quickly in your Portal. You can use filters to search within one of your Inventory Item Folders or from the entire Inventory Item list. This article will show you how to create Inventory Item Folders and use filtering.
To view and edit Inventory Items in your Arryved Portal, you must be a Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Portal Permissions:
INVENTORY
ARRYVED VIEW
ALL ACCESS
FULL ADMIN
Inventory items can be filtered by name, short name, ID, Item Code, and Item Type. No other filters are offered.
You can create any Inventory Item Folders you’d like to keep your long list of inventory organized. This does not affect how your active Inventory Items are organized in Arryved Service. Item Types do that job.
Head to your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click Inventory.
Click Inventory Folders to drop down the list.
Click All, to see a list of all of your Inventory Items.
Click the Plus Sign at the bottom to create a new Folder.
Give the Folder a name in the Description field.
Click Save.
Create as many Folders as you’d like.
You’ll click into a Folder and add the appropriate Inventory Items from there.

Filtering is used to quickly search for Inventory Items in your Arryved Portal.
From the left side navigation, click on Inventory.
Click on Inventory Folders.
Click on All to filter from the entire Inventory Item list, or click into one of your Folders.
Under the name of the Inventory Item Folder, click on > Filters / Columns, to drop down the filter options.
Enter a keyword into one of the following fields,
Inventory Item Name
Short Name
ID
Item Code
Item Type
Press the enter key on your keyboard to search. Your search results will appear in a table. The checkboxes included in the filter options, dictate which columns will appear on the table.
State
The state of the Inventory Item. Active, Inactive, or Out (kicked)
Inventory
The name of the Inventory Item Folder that the item lives in.
Name
This creates two columns, the name of the Inventory Item, and the Online Name if one was applied.
Short Name
The Short Name of the Inventory Item.
Type
The Item Type of the Inventory Item.
ID
The ID of the Inventory Item.
Item Code
The Item Code of the Inventory Item.
Menu State
This will tell if the item is on any menus or not.
