What Is Online Inventory?

Your Arryved Online Store menus are curated with the Inventory Items available in your Arryved Portal. You’ll want to get your inventory in tip-top shape for your online menus so that guests are enticed to order them.  Use this guide to get your Inventory Items ready for your Arryved Online Store. 

Prerequisites

• If you’re setting up your Arryved Online Store now, begin with the Arryved Online Setup Guide and follow the steps in order. This is step 3 of the Setup Guide.  

• You’ve created your online Venues. 

• To create or alter Inventory Items, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:

• INVENTORY

• ALL ACCESS

• FULL ADMIN

Limitations

• Inventory Items' Display Images added to your Arryved Portal may take 20-30 minutes to appear in your Arryved Online Store or OpenTab menus for the first time.

How It Works

Use the following fields on the Inventory Item page to get the item in tip-top shape for your Arryved Online menus:

• Guest Menu Name

• Online Unit Sizes

• Max # per Guest Order 

• Attributes 

• Display Information 

Keep reading to learn about each one. 

Guest Menu Name

Near the top of the Inventory Item page, look for the Guest Menu Name field. 

• If you enter a name here, It’ll override the Name field for this item on any online menu.  

• Leave it blank if you’re ok with the standard Name displaying online. 
  

Unit Sizes

Scroll down and expand the Costs section, add any Sizes you want to sell online if they haven’t been added already. Be sure to include a Price. 

• If there are Sizes for this Inventory Item that you don’t want to include online, you can exclude them when you build your online menus, don’t worry about it now. 

Max # Per Guest Order

For each Size, you can limit the number of this item the guest can order online. Enter the max number in the Max # per Guest Order field. Leave it blank for unlimited. 

Attributes

Scroll down and expand the Attributes section, 

• Click [+] Add Attribute. 

• Choose between ABV, Allergens, IBU, Rarity, or Vintage. 

• Type whatever you’d like in the description field below the Attribute type. 

• Examples: ABV:5%, Rarity: Limited Edition Coffee Sour Series, Vintage: 2018.

• Add as many attributes as you’d like! 
  

Display Information 

Scroll down to expand the Display Information section, 

• Add a Display Image (by clicking on the square image icon).

• Add a Full Description for this item.

• Ignore the other fields.
  

Review & Save

Double-check all the info you entered looks good and there are no typos on your guest-facing messaging. When you’re ready, click Save at the top or bottom of the page.

1. Notice how the items without a Display Image or Full Description look a little bare. 
2. The Blueberry Drip Fruited Coffee Sour is in tip-top shape for the online menu!
