What Is The MAP Screen In Arryved Service?

For each of your Venues, you can create a Floor Plan in your Arryved Portal for a visual representation of your table layout in that Venue. If you have a Floor Plan made, it appears under the MAP Screen in Arryved Service and comes with a few nifty features! This article shows how to use the Floor Plan in Arryved Service.

Prerequisites

  • The MAP Screen will appear in Arryved Service after a Floor Plan is created and made available for a Venue in your Arryved Portal.

  • To edit a Floor Plan in Arryved Portal, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with both of the following Portal Permissions:

    • VENUE CONFIGURATION and MANAGE FLOOR PLAN

How It Works

  1. Open Arryved Service and log in.

  2. From the top left corner, tap on your location's name and choose a Venue from the list that appears. Choose a Venue that has a Floor Plan.

  3. Once in a proper Venue, notice the MAP Screen is visible on the top navigation bar. Tap MAP to head to that screen.

  4. Watch the video and read the guidelines below to learn about the Floor Plan in Arryved Service.

The Floor Plan you created in your Arryved Portal for this Venue will appear when you toggle to the MAP Screen.

  1. Grey Table (No Tabs)

If a table is gray, there are no active tabs currently associated with that table number.

  •  If you tap on a gray table, you’ll be taken to the order screen under a new tab.

  • The new tab will have the table number pre-selected.

  • To place a card on file, you can do it the usual way by tapping on the tab name. The tab name will automatically display the table number until changed.

  • Add Items to the order and tap Send.

  1. Green Table (1 Tab)

After the first tab is created under a table number, that table will turn green on the Floor Plan.

  • If you tap on a green table once, it'll pull up the Running Tab Window with all of the additional tab options. Learn more about the tab functions found on the Running Tab Window.

  • If you hold your finger over a green table for a second or two, it'll pull up a different window allowing you to quickly pay the tab, place another order, or start a new tab under this same table.

  1. Yellow Table (Multiple Tabs)

If there's more than one tab associated with a table, the table will appear yellow on the Floor Plan.

  • If you tap on a yellow table, a window appears with a list of the tabs. From there, you can close out one of the tabs, place a new order on one of the tabs, or start another new tab for this table.
