ABM Vehicles

What Are Vehicles?

In Arryved Brewery Management (ABM), the Vehicles in your delivery fleet are used to plan Routes for delivery. Vehicles are identified with a name and license plate number and can be given a load limit.

Prerequisites

  • You must be an ABM User with the Admin User Role.

Limitations

  • You cannot plan a Route without at least one Vehicle in your ABM.

How It Works

Add A New Vehicle

  1. From your ABM, click the gear icon on the top right to head to your Settings.
  2. Toggle to the Vehicles tab from the top navigation.
  3. Click New Vehicle.

  1. Give the Vehicle a Name.
  2. Enter a license plate number (optional).
  3. Enter a load limit. This is the maximum weight in pounds that can added to the vehicle.
    • Your ABM warns you when this Vehicle is over its weight limit, but it won’t prevent you from delivering.
  4. Click Save

Managing Vehicles

The table on the Vehicles page holds a list of all your Vehicles.

  • Each row shows all the information about the Vehicle.
  • Hover over any column title, then click on the Filter Icon to apply a Filter.
  • Use the trashcan symbol to delete the Vehicle from your list.
  • Click on a Vehicle to edit the information.
  • Use the search bar to quickly find a vehicle on the list.
  • Vehicles are also Inventory Locations. Inventory Moves to a Vehicle Location when it has been Picked.
