Arryved Cloud Improvements

Updates to Arryved Portal, Insider, Web Solutions, or Integrations

Upcharges made clear on guest receipts 

We know you want to be transparent with your guests, so we’ve updated your guest-facing receipts. Modifiers with an upcharge now show the name of the modifier next to the upcharge cost, instead of just saying “added charge”. 

Tabs can still be claimed even when OpenTab ordering is off

Now, your guests can still access the ‘Find My Tab’ button when scanning one of your OpenTab QR codes, even if ordering is turned off! Why stop them from claiming, viewing, and paying out on their time? 

If you do want to prevent tab claiming, you can either remove your QR codes or turn tab claiming off in the OpenTab Settings in your Arryved Portal. 

Email addresses unmasked on the Customer Contact List

From your Arryved Portal, grab your Customer Contact List to retrieve your guest emails who have opted-in to receive marketing updates from you. The email addresses have been unmasked in this release! 

The Web Solutions + POS Sync now supports Item States

With Arryved Web Solutions + POS sync, the State of the POS Inventory Item or its Unit Sizes (Active, Out(Kicked), Inactive, Retired) can be synced with your Online Shop. 

Insider email images restored

Your brand images on Insider Member emails were sometimes borked. We’ve fixed this issue!

ABM Improvements

Updates to Arryved Brewery Management (ABM)

New! Rate Of Sale Calculation

The table on the Inventory page now calculates the Rate of Sale which gives you a glimpse into how fast items are selling or being consumed in your ABM:

  • This calculation estimates the amount that’s expected to be On Hand over the next 30 days. 

  • The calculation is present for Finished Goods Inventory that has made at least one sale and Materials that have had at least 1 unit consumed in a Batch.

  • If the first item was sold or consumed <30 days ago, the calculation will scale up accordingly. 

To add the new Rate of Sale column to your Inventory table, click on the 3 vertical lines in the last column header to expand more options. Look for ’Rate of Sale’ and check the box next to it.



Some kegs were missing from the Keg Scanner

If you use the keg scanning tool, you might be wondering why some keg deposits were missing under the ‘Scan Skegs - Sold” list. This was happening to Keg Items that had a manual keg amount entered that overrides the default amount. 

The good news is, you can now change the deposit amount on any keg item, anytime, and it will successfully appear in the keg scanning tool when sold.
