Arryved Product Release Notes

Please remember to set Arryved Service to auto-update from Google Play, on all of your POS devices, in order to enjoy the new features and improvements available to you in each release.

This is an Arryved Service release, you must have your Arryved Service app up-to-date on all of your POS devices to enjoy these updates.

Updates to our existing products and features

Dual Pricing Updates

• The Dual Pricing program now supports voided payments through Arryved Service. Meaning, when a payment is voided, the tab will reopen and you’re able to apply either Standard or Cash prices when closing out again. This is true for partial payments as well. 

• The Dual Pricing program now supports Flights. Flights now recognize both price types.

• The Deposit Screen in Arryved Service now displays Standard Prices and Cash Prices accurately. 

• Emailed receipts now have Cash Prices properly labeled. Printed receipts already had this!

‘Bad Swipe’ Error Message

In some versions of Arryved Service, the ‘Bad Swipe’ error message that appears when your card swipe isn’t read properly by the card reader, would be stuck on the clock-in / log-in screen. This was fixed. 

OpenTab Icon In Arryved Service 

In some versions of Arryved Service, if there is at least one tab present that started in OpenTab, then all tabs on the TAB screen would have the OpenTab QR code icon showing next to the tab name, whether the tab started in OpenTab or not. 

This was fixed, so now only tabs from OpenTab will have the QR code icon present in Arryved Service. This way, you can easily recognize the source of your tabs. 

Pre-Comp Tip Percentages

When a guest attempts to close out on the Digital Signature Screen without leaving a tip, a prompt appears asking them if they want to leave a tip. We call this “pushy tips.” The pushy tips prompt now has accurate tip calculations and also now includes a disclaimer if your tip percentages are calculated before Comps; “Tip calculation based on Tab Total before discounts.” 

• Contact Arryved Support if you’d like to enable or disable pushy tips (this can be done for specific Venues). Or, if you’d like to change the calculation of your tip percentages to be either before or after Comps.
