Updates to Arryved Service, your front-end POS available in the Google Play Store
Arryved Service has received a full Modifiers glow-up. You and your staff can now enjoy smarter workflows, speedier service, and a full-screen view when modifying Menu Items. Ready to start using Enhanced Modifiers? Here’s what you need to do:
Update Arryved Service on all of your POS devices (version 2.16.3 or higher).
Turn on the “Enable Mods V2” Location Preference from your Arryved Portal.
Educate your staff. They’ll catch on quick!

If you have the “Enable Mods V2” Location Preference turned on, then you get to enjoy the new Item Action Modal. Here’s how it works:
Add an Item to a new order.
Long-press the Item to pull up the Action Modal.
Find the Hold and Refund buttons there.
Hide Modifier Notes From Guests
Handwritten Modifier Notes are no longer displayed on guest-facing receipts. Notes can be used as an internal communication tool if needed. All other Modifiers (Add, No, Sub) will be visible on guest-facing receipts.
When you start a brand new tab, start adding things to the order, and the guest tells you they have a tab open already or want to be on their companion’s tab, you can merge the new tab into an existing tab with just a few clicks so it preserves the order.
Now, merging a new tab is supported through the Floor Map. Start a new tab from a table on the Map, merge it into an existing tab (tap ‘No User Set’ > ‘Active Tabs’), and the Floor Map tables will adjust accordingly.
If you identify an Insider Member on an existing tab, the original Tab Name entered will NOT be overwritten by the Insider Name. The Tab Name will remain consistent on all screens.
App Crashing With BLE Pairing
We’ve cleaned an error causing Arryved Service to crash when using the BLE Device Pair button under STAFF > Settings.
