Yes. Both physical and Digital Gift Cards must include a PIN for online use. We recommend re-ordering physical Gift Cards with PINs to ensure guests can redeem them online.
No. Both the purchaser and the recipient receive an email immediately after purchase.
Yes! Purchasers can include a custom message to the recipient.

When using a Gift Card online, the current balance is displayed at checkout.
Otherwise, guests can call your business. You can look up balances using the Gift Card Query in Arryved Service or the Gift Card Tool in the Arryved Portal.
Nope! There is no expiration on Digital Gift Cards.
Guests should contact your business. You can cancel (zero out) the incorrect card and issue a new one through the Gift Card Tool in your Arryved Portal.

Any credit or debit card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Physical Gift Cards can still be purchased in person with cash or check.
Yes. Guests can request a reload, which you can process in the Gift Card Tool in your Arryved Portal.
