Digital Gift Cards make the perfect gift this holiday season or anytime of the year! Digital Gift Cards can be purchased online and will come with a unique Gift Card Number and PIN. Shoppers can use their Digital Gift Card online or in-person. Use this guide to learn how your guests can purchase your Digital Gift Cards online!
Prerequisites
You have Digital Gift Cards set up in your Arryved Online Store.
Limitations
Only one Gift Card can be purchased at a time.
A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
How It Works
Make your Arryved Online Store link accessible.
- Find the link under your Online Store Settings in your Arryved Portal. Embed it behind a QR code or on your fancy website.
2. When fans arrive at your Online Store, they’ll click the Digital Gift Cards order modality.
On the next screen, they’ll begin the Gift Card purchase.
The purchaser will enter their info and info for the person receiving the Gift Card.
The purchaser can write a custom message to the recipient.
The recipient will receive a Digital Gift Card via email.
The Digital Gift Card image will have your company logo (Load Icon) that’s uploaded to your Location Assets.
After clicking “Next: Payment,” they'll enter their payment info on the next screen.
On the final screen, they’ll have one more chance to review their order before clicking “Place Order.”
Once the purchase is complete, the recipient will receive the Digital Gift Card in an email and the purchaser will receive an emailed receipt and confirmation.
Both emails will contain your business location’s contact information in case either party runs into an issue with the Digital Gift Card. Most issues can be resolved using the Gift Card Tool in your Arryved Portal.
