What Are Pending Insider Signups?

When your loyal guests sign up to be a Member of your Insider program, they’re sent a verification email. Until they verify the email, they’re not Members yet, they’re pending! You can see a list of these pending signups and contact these guests again to nudge the verification along. 

From the Pending Signups page, you can also add a new Member manually from scratch. Businesses with a Private Membership will add Members this way. This guide shows you how to use the Pending Insider Signups page in your Arryved Portal. 

Prerequisites

• You’ve read the Arryved Insider Overview guide.

• Your Arryved Insider Loyalty Program is active. 
  

• A guest must sign up to Become An Insider Member for them to appear on the pending list. 
  

• To view the Pending Insider Signups page, you must be a Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:

• VIEW LOYALTY (view only)

• MODIFY LOYALTY (can resend verification email)
  

• ALL ACCESS (can resend verification email)

• FULL ADMIN (can resend verification email)

Limitations 

• The verification link sent via email expires after 14 days. 

• You can’t override the email verification to push their Membership through, but you can resend the verification email. 

How It Works

1. Head to your Arryved Portal. 

2. From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.

3. Click Pending Insider Signups. 
   

Sign Up A New Member

Click the Add Member + button at the top to manually signup a Member from Arryved Portal. This is how Members will be added to a Private Membership, but you can use this method for any other reason, too. You’ll need the future Member’s:

• First and last name

• Email address

• Phone number

A verification email is sent to the email that was just inputted. They are added to the Pending Signups list below until they verify their email. 

Pending Signups

Potential Members can sign up in one of three ways:

1. In Arryved Service

2. In Arryved Portal

3. Online with this Insider Signup Link.

Edit

Click edit to update the Member’s name, email, or phone number. The info will update on the page. 

Re-Send

Quickly re-send the verification email with a click of a button. The old one will automatically expire. 

Delete

Delete this pending Member from the list. They can still become a Member if they verify their email before the link in their email expires. They will reappear on the list if they signup again.
