What Are Insider Members?

Insider Members are your devoted guests that’ve signed up for your Arryved Insider loyalty program. Members get Insider Perks. They can earn Loyalty Points to redeem for Rewards and Offers. This guide shows you the various ways a guest can sign up to become a Member of your Insider program. 

Prerequisites

• You’ve read the Arryved Insider Overview guide.

• Your Arryved Insider program is active. 

• To create Members in Arryved Portal, you must be a Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Permissions:

• MODIFY LOYALTY

• ALL ACCESS

• FULL ADMIN

Limitations

• Some of the methods mentioned in this guide may not be applicable depending on how your Insider program is customized for your business. 
  

• Contact Arryved Support for any questions or to make any changes. support@arryved.com. 
  

• Once a guest signs up to become a Member, they must verify their email for their Membership to activate. The link verification attached to the email will expire after 14 days.
  

How It Works 

There are 3 ways that your loyal guests can become Insider Members:

• In Arryved Service

• In Arryved Portal

• Online Signup Page

Once the guest is signed up on one of the three ways, they’ll receive a confirmation email. They must verify the email to become a Member. The verification link will expire after 14 days. 

Sign Up In Arryved Service

If your Insider Program is set up with a Public Membership, guests can sign themselves up to be an Insider Member from Arryved Service.

• On the Receipt Options screen, there’s a Become an Insider button. 

• They’ll need to enter their name, email address, and phone number. 

• The signup page uses your Arryved Insider Background Location Asset. 
  

Note: If you're running a private membership, you can remove this button from this screen by enabling the "Hide the 'Become an Insider' button from the receipt options screen" Location Preference. You must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin to do so. 

Sign Up In Arryved Portal

Businesses that are set up with a Private Membership will add Insider Members through Arryved Portal so they can recruit who their Members are and add them when they want. This method can be used for any reason, it’s not limited to Private Memberships only.

Guests can be manually added to the Member List by in Arryved Portal. You’ll need the guest’s full name, email address, and phone number. Here’s how to do it: 

1. Head to your Arryved Portal.

2. From the left side navigation, click Arryved Insider.

3. Click Pending Signups.

4. Click Add New Member +. 
   

Sign Up Online

Guests can sign up online using the Insider Portal Signup Link. 

• They’ll choose your business from a list of all Arryved Insider programs. 

• They can use this form to sign up for other Insider programs as well, meaning other Members of other Insider programs can come across yours and sign up.

• Depending on how your Insider program is customized, you may not have the Insider Portal activated meaning guests won’t find your Insider program on the list.

Verify Email 

Once the guest is signed up in one of the three ways, they’re sent a confirmation email. They must click Verify Email from their inbox to complete the signup process. 

• Until they’re verified, they are on the Pending Insider Signups list. 

• The verification link will expire after 14 days. You can resend it from the Pending Signups page in Arryved Portal. 

• Once they’ve verified, they’re officially Members and appear on the Insider Member list in your Arryved Portal.
