Added Modifiers Report Overview

What Is The Added Modifiers Report? 

The Added Modifiers report provides a list of all Item Modifiers that were ordered within the date range you select. You can see how many times each Modifier was ordered and the total revenue. Use this guide to see a breakdown of the report. 

Prerequisites

  • To view the Added Modifiers report, you must be an Arryved Portal Super Admin or an Admin with one of the following Portal permissions: 

    • REPORTING

    • ALL ACCESS

    • FULL ADMIN

How It Works

  1. To view or download the Added Modifier report, head to your Arryved Portal.

  2. Click Reporting from the left side navigation.

    • Pro Tip! Hold the Shift key and also click on ‘Reporting’ to pull up a search bar where you can search for any report you need. 

  3. If not using the search trick, click to expand the Sales reports.

  4. Click Added Modifiers.

  5. Use any filters if you’d like to narrow your view of the report. 

  6. Use the calendars to search for a date range you’d like to see Modifier sales in. 

  7. Click Preview or one of the Download options. 

Filters

There is an array of filters that can be used to show a more specific view of  Modifier sales. Use as many filters as you need at once. 

Venue: Show Modifiers ordered within select Venue(s). 

Item Types: Show Modifiers ordered with Items of certain Item Type(s).

Category: Show Modifiers ordered with items of a certain category(ies). Categories are preset by Arryved and associated with your Item Types.

Item Size: Show Modifiers ordered with certain Unit Size(s).

Tab Tags: Show Modifiers ordered on Tabs with certain Tab Tag(s). 

Hide: Use the Hide checkbox to exclude the filter from view instead of including it. 

REMOVE: Click on any added filter, scroll to the bottom of the list, and click REMOVE to remove it. 

The Report

In the report, you’ll see a list of all Item Modifiers that were ordered within the date range you selected on the calendars and meet the criteria of any possible filters. 

  • DESCRIPTION (column 1): The name of the Item Modifier.

  • COUNT (column 2): The number of times it was ordered within the date range selected.

  • COST (column 3): The total revenue brought in from the Modifier. This is the Price (upcharge) of the Modifier multiplied by the number of times it was ordered. Modifiers without an upcharge will display $0.00 in this column. 

Pro Tip! Click the arrow next to any of the column headers to change the sort view to ascending or descending.
