Arryved Cloud Improvements

Updates to Arryved Portal, Arryved Online, OpenTab, Arryved Insider, Web Solutions, or Integrations

Pre-auth Supports Manual Entry

Now, when you manually enter a card number to open a tab, preauthorization will apply.

Failed Pre-auth Keeps Card-on-File Intact

If a preauthorization attempt fails, it will no longer detach the card-on-file information–it now remains intact, so you can try the attempt again!

A Modifiers Makeover

We’ve given the Item Modifiers and Forced Modifiers pages in your Arryved Portal a makeover in an effort to make the tools and interface more intuitive and user-friendly. Everything still works the same, it just looks a little different. Here are the changes: 

→ Item Modifiers

• RENAMED: Some field names have been renamed when creating a new Item Modifier:

• Description → Modifier Name

• Short Form → Ticket Display Name

• Hints → Search Hints

• Cost → Price

• Apply Type → Restrict to Category

• REMOVED: We’ve removed the “Attributes” and “Size” fields since they had no function anyway. Bye Bye 👋

• CLONE: You can now clone Item Modifiers. All fields will copy over. The name field will include “(clone)”. 

• SORT: You can now sort the Item Modifiers list alphabetically, from any column. Hover over the column title and click on the arrow to sort A-Z. Click again to sort Z-A. 
  

• TICKET DISPLAY: If you're an Arryved Portal Super Admin, you can now access the "Arrange modifiers on printed tickets by" Location Preference. This allows you to choose how you want Modifiers to appear on printed tickets or KDS order tiles. The options are:
  

• DEFAULT: This choice has to do with the modifier prefixes (ADD, NO, SUB). Modifiers attached to ADD will display first, then any NO modifiers, then SUB modifiers. Hand-typed notes will display last. 

• ADDED: Modifiers will display in the order they were added to the order screen by the user.

• ADDED ENDNOTE: Modifiers will display in the order they were added to the order screen, except hand typed notes will display last. 
  
  

→ Modifier Groups

• RENAMED: “Forced Modifiers” are now called “Modifier Groups”. They still function the same. 

• ADVANCED SEARCH: When searching for the Item Modifiers to add to a Forced Modifier–Modifier Group*, you can now search by the name of the Modifier, too, rather than just the Search Hints.

ABM Improvements

Updates to Arryved Brewery Management (ABM)

ABM + POS Sync: Non-inventoried Item

If you’re an ABM user with the POS Sync and make an Item (at the Size level) ‘Not-Inventoried’ in ABM, then Inventory Counts will no longer be tracked through the POS for that Item.
