Arryved Cloud Improvements

Updates to Arryved Portal, Arryved Online, OpenTab, Arryved Insider, Web Solutions, or Integrations

OpenTab Supports Pre-auth

OpenTab now supports preauthorization. If declined, an error message will prompt the user to use a different payment method. Tab Claiming supports pre-auth, too but will ensure there is no double pre-authing. 

A Modifiers Makeover [Part 2]

We’ve made a few more improvements to your Modifiers and Modifier Groups pages in your Arryved Portal. In case you missed it, check out what changed in the Modifiers Makeover [Part 1]. Here are the changes in this release: 

→ Item Modifiers

• HINTS: Search Hints can now include numbers or special characters.

• SEARCH: There is now a search bar on this page. Item Modifiers can be searched for by the data in any column. 
  

→ Modifier Groups (F.K.A. Forced Modifiers)

• RENAMED: “Description” field renamed to “Modifier Group Name”.

• SORTING: The Modifier Groups list can now be sorted by any column (A-Z, Z-A, Highest-Lowest, Lowest-Highest).

• SEARCH: There is now a search bar on the Modifier Groups page. Groups can be searched by name, min #, max #, or Included Item Modifier Names.
  

Improved Batch Closure Discrepancies

We’ve made some improvements to next morning batch closures, reducing failed payments and discrepancies.
