New! Customer Contact List 

The Customer Contact List is a new report available in your Arryved Portal to Super Admins. This report collects customer email addresses from customers who’ve actively opted in to share this information with you for marketing purposes. Use this data to strengthen your relationships with your customers and drive loyalty. This powerful tool can be used to create personalized marketing campaigns, send special offers, and keep your customers up to date on happenings and events!

  1. Customer contacts are collected via the receipt options screen in Arryved Service. We've changed some of the functionality of this screen to adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Updates to our existing products and features

MAP Screen Crashing

Selecting a table from the MAP screen no longer crashes the Arryved Service app. 

Custom Tipping $0.00

Previously, if your Digital Signature Screen were configured to have one of the tip % options pre-selected, attempting to apply a $0.00 custom tip would revert back to the default tip % selected instead of overriding it to $0.00. 

Now, if the user clicks the Custom tip button and then immediately taps OK with $0.00 displaying, the tip applied to the tab will override to $0.00. 

Backing Out Of A Quick Close Payment

Previously, backing out of a Quick Close payment would prompt the ‘must select a table’ error even after a table was selected. 

Now, you can back out of a Quick Close payment, start a tab, select a table, and press Send without the error message blocking you.

New Order Screen Subtotal

For subsequent orders on an existing tab, the subtotal shown in the upper left corner of the new order screen now properly recalculates as items are added and removed from the screen.
