If you notice something is wrong and don’t know what’s causing the problem, running a diagnostic test in Arryved Service can help find the issue.
Read Introduction To Network Success to learn about network health basics.
Depending on the issue found in the Diagnostics, Arryved Support may or may not be able to help. Some problems may need to be handled by your WiFi or IT Specialist.
How It Works
Log into Arryved Service.
Tap STAFF at the top of the screen.
Tap Diagnostics.
Tap Run.
Running Diagnostics in Arryved Service will expose the relevant device and network information and run a few Ping Tests.
I’m glad you asked! A Ping measures the time it takes for data to send from one destination to another and records any losses along the way. If one of the pings from the diagnostics test fails, we know where the problem is coming from or at least where to start investigating.
The Device section at the top shows relevant info about the Arryved POS device you’re currently using to run the Diagnostics tests.

A ping is sent to your router to see if there are any failures coming from the gateway connection.
The internet ping is sent to Google. Arryved Service lives on the Google Play Store, so we want to ensure there aren’t any Google outages.
A ping is sent to Arryved Service on your device to see if any issues are coming from our system.
A ping is sent to each of your peripherals that are synced with this device. Your Peripherals include Printers or KDS devices. There could be a connection or hardware issue there!
If errors or issues are encountered during diagnostics, you’ll see messages to let you know which part is grumbling so you know whether you should contact the WiFi guys or us. Our Support Team will ask if you ran the Diagnostics before you called, so surprise them with your system knowledge!
