Diagnostics In Arryved Service

Diagnostics In Arryved Service

What Are Diagnostics?

If you notice something is wrong and don’t know what’s causing the problem, running a diagnostic test in Arryved Service can help find the issue.

Prerequisites

Limitations

  • Depending on the issue found in the Diagnostics, Arryved Support may or may not be able to help. Some problems may need to be handled by your WiFi or IT Specialist.

How It Works

  1. Log into Arryved Service.

  2. Tap STAFF at the top of the screen.

  3. Tap Diagnostics.

  4. Tap Run

Running Diagnostics in Arryved Service will expose the relevant device and network information and run a few Ping Tests.

What’s A Ping Test?

I’m glad you asked! A Ping measures the time it takes for data to send from one destination to another and records any losses along the way. If one of the pings from the diagnostics test fails, we know where the problem is coming from or at least where to start investigating.
