With your Metorik Integration, you can email yourself helpful custom reports that send you sales data and other insights regularly. Use this guide to learn how to set up a Digest with Metorik.

You’re using the Metorik Integration.
First, you’ll decide what data you want added to your Digest by creating Report Filters. Then, you’ll decide how you and when you want it sent to you by customizing the Digest Options.
Log in to your Metorik account.
Click on one of the tabs on the left side, such as Orders, Subscriptions, Customers, etc., to start a Digest with those insights.
Customize the filter to include the data you want sent to you.
Click Segment.
Create as many filters as you want.
When you’re ready, click Export.
A side panel will appear; you can use either of the toggles if you’d like.:
If disabled, the report shows one whole order per line. This makes a more brief report but less granular, with less information included.
If enabled, the report breaks out each item in each order. This makes a much larger report, but gives you a deeper look into each order.
Enabling this will display two additional options to customize that allow you to choose which columns you want to show in the report. You can also add your own custom fields. Editing this setting will override the default report columns and fields that Metorik offers, which are generally sufficient. This tool is rarely needed for simple reports.
From the Export side panel, click the Recurring Export button.
Select a Frequency to send this Digest out.
Enter a Method by either entering an email address or connecting to a Slack account.
P.S. You can enter more than one email address, just separate them with a comma.
Check any of the checkboxes if you’d like to enable to options with your Digest.
Give this Digest a Title.
Click Create.
Monitor your inbox to see those Digests start rolling in at the frequency you chose! Feel free to come back to these steps to make any adjustments to the filters or digest options.
