Order Fulfillment Screen Overview

What Is The Order Fulfillment Screen? 

The Order Fulfillment Screen is an advanced feature for Arryved Service used to help manage and fulfill orders coming in from your Arryved Online Store. When enabled, the Order Fulfillment button is added to the STAFF screen in Arryved Service. Tap on it to view a list of orders placed online within the last 60 days, that haven’t been marked complete yet. Tap on an order to view its details, fulfill the order, and then mark it complete to remove it from the screen. Use this guide to learn how the Order Fulfillment screen works.

Prerequisites

  • To add the Order Fulfillment button to Arryved Service, an Arryved Portal Super Admin must enable the 'Show order fulfillment button on staff screen' Location Preference.

  1. Limitations

  • The Order Fulfillment screen sometimes gets confused with the ORDER screen that can be enabled per Venue. They offer similar solutions but have different benefits. Read the ORDER Screen Overview to learn more about it. 

  • Once an order has been physically delivered, picked up, or shipped, it’s up to staff to mark it as complete on the Order fulfillment screen. If forgotten, it may be difficult to remember if the order made it to the guest or not as time passes by. 

  • Orders are automatically removed from the screen after 60 days if never marked complete. 

  • When an order is marked complete, it’ll be highlighted in green and move to the bottom of the list. However, once you leave the screen and come back to it, the completed orders in green are removed from the list, and you only see the orders that still need to be fulfilled. 

How It Works

Find The Order Fulfillment Screen

  1. Open Arryved Service and log in.

  2. Tap STAFF at the top navigation bar.

  3. Under the Operations section, tap the Order Fulfillment button. 


Marking Orders Complete

Depending on which Arryved Online Order Modality the order came from, the button next to it on the Order Fulfillment Screen will say either Delivered (Delivery), Shipped (Ship It), or Picked Up (Pickup, Curbside, and In Person). 

  • Once the order has been successfully handed off to the guest, mark it complete on the Order Fulfillment Screen by tapping the Delivered, Shipped, or Picked Up button next to the order. 

  • When you tap the button, the order will move to the bottom of the list and be highlighted in green. Once you exit the screen, the completed orders in green are no longer present when you return to the screen. 

  1. Viewing The Order Details

On the Order Fulfillment Screen, tap on an order from the list to view the order’s details on the Running Tab window. From there, you can see the items ordered, the person’s contact information, and the relevant delivery, pickup, or shipping information.



To use the buttons on the Running Tab window, tap on an item from the order to highlight it, then select an action. 

  • You can Re-order, Re-print, or select Change to update or delete the order. To delete, you must have the ORDER ITEM VOID Labor Role Permission.
